Honored to team up once again with The Gamersician for this lyrical tribute to Mario Kart! The Final Lap is a high-energy hip-hop track inspired by the chaotic fun of Mario Kart series, loaded with racing references, easter eggs, and punchlines galore.
Working with The Gamersician on this project felt effortless – both tracks came together naturally and it really felt like a true collaboration in every sense of the word.
When he sent me the beat for ‘The Final Lap’, I felt super inspired and it immediately brought back memories of playing MarioKart 64 with the homies. I wanted to tap into that feeling – fun, chaotic, and a little competitive – and write something that captured the momentum and excitement of the race.
