Subscription

I am a paying subscriber on Bandcamp. How can I download releases/subscriber exclusives?
If you go to your fan “collection” page while logged into your Bandcamp account and look underneath each release, you should see a little download button (see screenshot below).

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by visiting your Settings page on the Bandcamp site or app. Once you cancel, your subscription will continue up through the month for which you’ve paid. Items added to your collection while you were subscribed will not  be removed when you cancel.

Downloads

I am a DJ/Radio Host, how can I download clean versions and instrumentals?
You can subscribe on Bandcamp to download original, clean and instrumental versions of all my releases in high quality wav, flac, aiff and mp3 formats. You are always welcome to subscribe, download everything you want, and then unsubscribe (no hard feelings). For questions about how to download files, see above.

Streaming

Why can’t I stream your music on Spotify/Apple Music/Tidal etc?
You can stream all my original releases on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal etc, but unfortunately I can’t put my mashups or remixes on  streaming platforms due to copyrights. You can still stream my whole catalog for free on Youtube, or stream my entire discography ad-free (along with over 100+ exclusive releases) by subscribing and downloading the Bandcamp app

Vinyl

Where can I buy vinyl of your work?
Unfortunately I can’t press or sell vinyl of the mashup projects due to copyrights. We love that they are out there for people to enjoy but keep in mind those are bootlegs, as we can’t distribute them ourselves.
We will be pressing up vinyl of some of our original projects soon so stay tuned. In the meantime you can support the artist directly by purchasing digital downloads (pay-what-you-want), subscribing on Bandcamp, or copping something from our merch store.

Merch

I placed an order on your website, why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder, sometimes the confirmation emails end up in there. If you can’t find it in the spam folder feel free to contact [email protected] for an update on your order status.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Items will be shipped out within 2 weeks of placing the order.

Returns

Please contact [email protected] before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
